| Ah Satsuki's short hair! Best thing about Ryuko "i'll make sure I wear cute clothing" and goes out in sneakers, jeans and a jacket. Bless her, I love that. Need more Gamagoori-senpai and Mako but the girls having a threesome date was fun too. This show was entertaining as hell. Trigger didn't lose their way. Oh yeah and everyone naked at the end fuck yeah! |
| My hope is that the plot holes that were left open through things like Tsumugu and that bullet will be further explored in a potential second season rather than just left there. Trigger will know due to the popularity of this season that there'll be demand for a second season and have every reason to continue. Finding a way to revive Senketsu, character backstories we haven't heard yet, etc. One can only hope. |

| besides the starting comment, nobody has realised(havent read the previous discussions so im BS'ing here) that senketsu's right eye was purposely left out. the dad is that incompetant to leave such a detail out, he had planned it out for senketsu to absorb enough life fibers to sew his own eye after he evolved enough. satsuki with short hair and in normal clothes for me was eww. couldve left the long hair and just changed the clothes to something just a little better. when ryuuko said "nee-san" i thought to myself "every male who just heard that orgasmed everywhere", because she said it so naturally and cutely. before i sleep tonight, im going to cry because this show has ended. R.I.P KLK, you were awesome. |

| very solid 8 or a 9 great OST, great character/ costume designs, great art style, plot was okay, crazy in your face action scenes with massive power ups, just an overall fun show to watch also Satsuki looks sexy with the short hair |

| And that concludes my favourite anime from the 2013 fall season. Loved the over the top action through the series and really enjoyed the characters. It was sad to see Senketsu go and see Ryuko in the end having to soldier on. Deserving of a 9/10 for me. Really going to miss watching this anime every week. |

| Anime wasnt saved... It was the non-original shonen ending with a void existencialist talk-fight and SUPER DUPER ULTRA MEGA power up (Didnt reached the EPICNESS of the TTGL), I kept watching it because I wanted to see what happened after the ending, but they didnt showed up much of that (The yuri thing... what the hell? Never saw that coming, What about Gamagoori? :C )... I agree with the fact that some characters started strong and them they passed withouth any glory like Tsumugu, Junketsu (I Wanted him to talk), Sanageyama (Was expecting better developtment from the only one of the 4 that defeated Ryuko) and Hououmaru (No history, no serious fight...) It was not the worst anime ending that've ever seen (cough cough Soul Eater ending cough), but It dropped quality from how it Started -Excuse my bad english- |

| Man, Kill La Kill has been such a rollercoaster ride. It went from being awesome to being complete shit to being fucking amazing to having a very normal safe ending which basically brought it down to a 7/10 for me. Oh well. Better luck next time, Trigger. |

| I didn't care how the ending went to be honest. I always trust this anime to be at least entertaining and it delivered in spades. It was damn fun and epic but still falls short of the greatness that it's spiritual predecessor, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, set forth. I also love to have a finale being released on my birthday :P. It was such a huge treat to myself. 24 feeling like 13 by the time the anime ended. It wasn't the anime that saved anime but it was damn awesome and had the kinetic energy I would expect from Trigger. 8/10 |

The bullet thing was already solved, they saved it in case ryuko ends up fusing with the original life fiber, iirc they explained it during the episode where she was emo or so. Besides that every character got some backdrop, everyone else is irrelevant really. Like it or not show is about stuff happening very fast. The ending was satisfactory, if this sells well trigger can make more ambitious stuff after that Well at least we still have the OVA to look forward. Never know, wouldn't put it past Trigger to find something to do in that. Let's not forget the manga is still ongoing isn't it? |
